Dear Parents & Students We are all convinced about the standard and rigor of IIT-JEE entrance. A comprehensive discussion about it would bring many unknown and hidden facts about this system, particularly in the Indian context, but like many other problems, we have created a short cut to world class quality technical education through IIT-JEE and we would deliberately avoid discussing the same comprehensively. Hence the only issue that becomes relevant and marketable is “HOW TO CRACK THE IIT JEE. And here you will have thousand of solutions, opinions and discussions. I am just giving you a new piece of information. Myself, Soundaraya Kumar an IITIAN (IIT-Roorkee, 1994), would like to tell you something new about one more study and preparation center for IIT-JEE in this overcrowded sector. And in fact, it would be a tribute to the person, who was instrumental in my cracking of IIT-JEE, way back in 1990. Now a days, coaching centers are known by there corporate image and I have no comments on that. After all most of them is a successful venture, and hence are getting a lot of media attention as well. But in our times, they were known by the personal name of the TEACHER, and one such teacher, who has still maintained his commitment, is “JANAKI NANDAN SHARMA-again a traditional name”. He hails from MUZZAFARPUR-BIHAR (the state, which has produced maximum number of IITIANS/IAS/CABINET MINISTERS but is famous for other reasons). I have lot more to say about his routine, style, techniques, commitment, publications, result, background, his initial days and so on, but I would just conclude by saying, that, he started with 6 students, somewhat in the year 1986-87 and now has over 1000 students (per month), with more than 500 selections over a period of 20 years in IIT-JEE alone and above 2000 selections in all engineering entrance exams, without any infrastructure, any publicity and without charging a structured fee (monthly/installment etc.). His achievement is not a big house, or a sprawling office or a good looking receptionist, or a good hostel along with classroom, rather, his only achievement is those students, who have imbibed him and have achieved, what was unthinkable to them. In today’s time this Public Relation exercise, is quite important, and there he is of a different mettle, so I have taken up this exercise, on his behalf as a tribute to his herculean effort, which has created confidence in the mind of so many, otherwise doomed students. The only way, to know more about him, is to visit his penance center, and gather information about him, as he does not have any telephonic or web based enquiry handling system. The only things, he looks in students and parent is honesty, and rest is his job. I do not know, whether, he can assure you an IIT birth (although he teaches for that only), but what I can assure you, is that, if you join him, you will find your way, IIT-JEE is being the first step, and life does not end after that. His association would keep you inspiring for your whole life (particularly till the time, you are honest in your life), after, that, it is your choice, which type of life, you want to lead.
